ToolDucky Chat and connected business services
ToolDucky Chat can process data from integrations that an authorized business administrator connects. For Meta/Facebook this can include Page identifiers, Page metadata, Messenger conversation content, message metadata, and related information needed to provide the unified inbox and send authorized Page replies.
This data is used to provide, secure, maintain, and support the connected service for the business that authorized the connection. It is not sold to advertisers.
Accounts and workspace information
ToolDucky services may store account, workspace, role, configuration, label, and support information required to operate the service. Businesses control which authorized staff members have access to their workspace.
Local and uploaded files
Some ToolDucky utilities process files locally in your browser. Other utilities use temporary server processing. When server processing is required, files are used for the requested job and temporary processing data is deleted according to the service's current processing behavior.
Server and network logs
Standard infrastructure logs may contain technical request data such as IP address, time, request path, status code, and browser or network information. These logs are used for reliability, security, and troubleshooting.
Analytics, advertising, and payments
ToolDucky does not sell user data to advertisers. Free tool pages may display advertisements served by Google AdSense.
