How to request deletion
Email [email protected] with the subject ToolDucky Data Deletion Request. Send the request from the email address associated with your ToolDucky account or authorized business workspace when possible.
Include the workspace or business name and, if relevant, the connected Facebook Page names or other integration identifiers that should be removed.
Connected Meta / Facebook data
Authorized business administrators may disconnect connected Pages or integrations from the applicable ToolDucky workspace or Meta business settings. You may also request deletion of ToolDucky-held data associated with those connected Pages by contacting support using the instructions above.
Verification and processing
ToolDucky may ask for reasonable information to verify that the requester is the account holder or an authorized administrator of the relevant business workspace before deleting data.
After verification, ToolDucky will remove applicable account, workspace, or connected-service data from active systems, subject to information that must be retained for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, or limited backup lifecycle requirements.
